At present, our focus is to ensure current and new customers have access to order across ALL brands, seamlessly using the same methods of order submission you are using today.

In the future, we will merge enterprise business processes and streamline our order processing paths. Until then, your account will remain active, separated, and accessible for ordering purposes across both Brands. All customers will receive notification well in advance when a transition will occur.

What is Founder Sport Group's return policy?

Outside of performance issues with the garment, you can return non-decorated items for credit up to 30 days from the invoice date. Contact us or click here for a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for most orders, and you cover the shipping back to us. If we make an error on your order, fill out a return authorization or contact us at 888-871-0990. We will arrange shipping back to us for replacement.

Does Founder Sport Group offer screen printing?

Founder Sport Group has a team of established artists who work on-site daily to bring your vision to life in our state-of-the-art printing department. If you are a Founder Sport Group customer and have an account with us, feel free to send questions or orders to [email protected]. Our turnaround time is approximately two weeks from art approval, but it may be longer during busy periods, depending on capacity.

I would like to download images. How can I do this?

Dealers can download images for stock products from the Equipment Room, found under My Account.

Orders

Do decorated garments qualify for free shipping?

Free shipping is based on the garment cost, before decoration charges.

What is a Purchase Order (PO)?

A purchase order is a reference number that you assign to the order. It helps you, and us, keep track of orders. We require a PO for web orders. If you do not have a PO, we recommend that you use the date to remember when you placed the order.

Does Founder Sport Group have a sample policy?

Yes, we offer one piece per size and color at a 40% discount. Please do not use samples as part of a customer order, as this limits our ability to provide them. Samples are meant to be displayed between multiple customers. To order samples, please contact your Sales Rep.

Does Founder Sport Group charge a handling fee?

Yes. Orders $50 or less will incur a $5 handling fee. Samples are excluded.

When is my credit card processed?

When you check out, the funds will be reserved on your credit card. The day after your order ships, the funds will be transferred from your account to Founder Sport Group. If you have back orders, you will not be charged for those items until they ship.

Can I cancel an order?

At Founder Sport Group, we work hard to get your order out to you quickly. As soon as we confirm an order, our warehouse folks are picking, folding, packing and shipping so no changes can be made. If you need additional items, we will be happy to ship them in a new order. If any of the items in your order are no longer needed, you are welcome to fill a return authorization form and we'll process a return once the items are shipped back to us. Restocking fees may apply. Please note, closeout sales are final, and are not eligible for returns.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. We send email verification when we receive your order, once we confirm your order, and once an order ships with tracking information. Sometimes emails are incorrectly entered or not entered on the order. If you do not receive an email, please give customer service a call at (888) 871-0990.

Backorders

We always strive to be in-stock, so we carry over seven million items in inventory at all times. In the event we sell out, our website will allow you to place a backorder. We will email you with tracking information once it ships.

Do you still offer different colored stitching?

Yes, we do. You can add stitching to qualifying items by clicking on the "DECORATION" button under the sizing grid in our product pages - allowing you to enter our new Stock Builder to customize your garment as desired. Alternatively, you can call us at 888-871-0990 or email [email protected] to place a custom order.

What items are covered by the In-Stock Guarantee?

Badger Items covered by the In-Stock Guarantee are all colors and sizes of the B-Core Tee (412000, 416000, 212000) the B-Core V-Neck (412400, 416200, 216200), the C2 Tee (510000, 560000, 520000), B Core ¼ Zip (410200, 410300, 210200), B-Core Long-Sleeve Tee (410400, 416400, 210400), B-Core Shorts (410700, 411600, 210700, 211600), B-Core Pocketed Short (411900, 211900) and C2 Performance Short (512700, 512900, 522900) The In-Stock Guarantee applies to confirmed, blank, non-stocking orders only. It excludes booking orders, decorated orders and distributor warehouse orders. Top styles must be placed on back-order due to stockout.

How do I claim my In-Stock discount?

Founder Sport Group monitors backorders of our top styles. When you backorder a top style due to lack of inventory, we will email a code you can apply for 20% off a future stock web order. For web orders, we will send a code to the customer-provided email address. For all other orders, we'll send codes to the e-mail address associated with the order. 20% off codes are valid for one-time use, up to a maximum discount of $200, to be redeemed for the stock product portion of web orders before freight and decoration charges. I have a previously issued code, can I still get my discount?

Codes that begin with “ISG” are still valid, for 10% off, up to $100 maximum discount. These were issued under the prior program, when the discount offered was lower.

What is the Founder Sport Group Lifetime Performance Guarantee™?

The Founder Sport Group Lifetime Performance Guarantee™ is our commitment to standing behind the quality and performance of our apparel. If you aren't completely satisfied with the quality or performance of your Badger or Alleson item, return it to us for replacement.

What is covered by the Lifetime Performance Guarantee™?

If you aren't completely satisfied with the quality or performance of your Badger Sportswear item as it existed at the time you bought it, or resulting from every day use, it's covered. However common sense does apply. If the product is lost or stolen, chewed up by the dog, or if our clothing has stayed the same size (but you haven't), that would not be covered. Our Guarantee fully covers the quality and performance of the garment itself with normal wear and tear. It does not apply to any modifications made to the garment (for example, screen printing, decorations, embroidery and the like), by anyone other than Badger, as this is out of our control.

How do I get a replacement product under the Lifetime Performance Guarantee™?

Simply call Founder Sport Group at (888)-871-0990 from 8AM-6PM EST. We will help identify the size, style and color of the garment and will fill out the return form for you. We may request a photo snapshot to help our improvement efforts and identify the problem. You only cover shipping to us; we will pay to ship the replacement to you. If a particular style is no longer available, we will find a comparable garment.

What is the Founder Sport Shipping program?

Founder Sport now offers FREE freight on orders $150 or more for Stock, Chromagear 5-day and Chromagear Custom Sublimation order types. Stock orders over $200 before printing, taxes and/or fees ship free to arrive in three business days or less (free ground for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). For ship and backorders, the initial shipment will ship free, and backorders will be combined for 1 additional free shipment.
Chromagear 5-Day and Chromagear Custom Sublimation orders $200 or more ship free ground.
For the purpose of shipping, Stock, Chromagear 5-Day and Chromagear Custom Sublimation are three separate order types.
Expedited, per box rates are available for order types above $200 and above; and flat rates are available for order types below $200. Please see your Founder Sport Group Rep for more information.

What is a confirmed order?

Orders with an approved payment method and available inventory are confirmed. You should receive an email once we confirm your order.

How do I become a Founder Sport Group dealer?

Please visit our Become a Dealer page and fill out an application. Founder Sport Group dealers are businesses with retail storefronts or decorating operations.

How do I get set-up for terms?

We work with a number of third-party banks to be able to offer terms to our customers. Simply indicate you are interested in your account activation. If you are already set up as a customer and would like to add terms, just give our customer service folks a call at (888) 871-0990 from 8AM-6PM EST.

Shipping

Will my order ship today?

We make every effort to ship stock orders the same day. Stock orders placed by 4PM EST with an approved payment method, and available inventory are prioritized. Does Founder Sport Group offer free freight?

Founder Sport now offers FREE freight on orders $150 or more for Stock, Chromagear 5-day and Chromagear Custom Sublimation order types. Qualifying Stock orders ship to arrive in 3 days or less to the contiguous US. Qualifying Chromagear 5-day and Chromagear Custom Sublimation ship free Ground
For the purpose of shipping, Stock, Chromagear 5-Day and Chromagear Custom Sublimation are three separate order types.

What is Rush?

Rush speeds up production by 5 working days on regular Chromagear orders. $5 per garment fee applies, subject to availability. Rush service is available on Alleson Chromagear and Badger Chromagear. The 5-day program is not available for Rush.

Why is there a charge for Rush service?

Founder Sport offers several options for quick-turn custom sublimation, including Alleson Chromagear 5-day tech tee, and now, the option to Rush a regular Chromagear order. We use the latest technology to ensure all orders are produced as quickly as possible. With Rush, a team of professionals work to adjust production and sewing schedules.

How can I select Rush for my Chromagear order?

Rush is an option at Checkout of both the the classic builder and the new FounderSport.com builder. $5 per garment will be added to your total, and the lead-time will be reduced by 5 working days.

Can I select Rush after the order is placed?

Several steps are involved in custom sublimation. To assure all orders are shipped in a timely manner, we are not able to Rush an order once an order is placed.

What options for customer sublimation does Founder Sport offer?

Chromagear 5-Day is top quality cut and sew sublimation – each piece of the shirt is sublimated before sewing. Quick-turn Tees and V-necks are offered year-round, Volleyball and Basketball uniforms are offered in season. 5-Tech Tees may be ordered on this website, or on our classic Alleson builder. Alleson Chromagear custom sublimated uniforms deliver the most sports, styles, colors and designs in the industry, with a 15-day standard ship-out time. Alleson Chromagear may be ordered either on this website or on our classic Alleson builder.
Badger Chromagear custom sublimated performance wear brings top-quality custom sublimation to clubs, organizations and businesses, with a 15-day standard ship-out time. Badger Chromagear may be ordered on this website.

What is the difference between Badger Chromagear and Alleson Chromagear?

Both Badger Chromagear and Alleson Chromagear are top-quality cut-and sew sublimation. Alleson is specifically designed for on-field uniforms--silhouettes, cuts, designs and placements are developed with the athlete in mind. Badger Chromagear is designed as sideline, fanwear, and performance gear and has styles and designs more appropriate for clubs, organizations, and businesses.

What are lead times for Founder Sport custom sublimation options?

Our latest lead times are posted at https://www.foundersport.com/service/custom-decoration/. Standard lead times to ship-out are:
Chromagear 5-day Tech Tees: 5 business days
Alleson Chromagear and Badger Chromagear: 15 business days
Garb Handcrafted Custom: 3 – 4 weeks

Is there a minimum order size for Custom Sublimation?

Chromagear 5-Day, Alleson Chromagear, Badger Chromagear and Garb Athletic has 6-piece minimum, waived for fill-ins.

What is the freight program for custom sublimation?

24x7 Fanstores

How do 24x7 FanStores work?

In a few steps, Founder Sport dealers can earn more profit by setting up an always open fan store. End consumers shop and checkout with a credit card. Founder Sport makes garments one at a time when they are ordered. We ship directly to the consumer’s home. Dealers are paid each month based on store activity.

Is Founder Sport selling direct?

No. Only Founder Sport dealers may set up a 24x7 Fanstores store. The dealer owns the relationship with end consumers. Checks are mailed to dealers. 24x7 Fanstores allow Founder Sport dealers to earn more money, without risk or hassle.

Do 24x7 Fanstores stores replace online team stores, like OMG, Chipply or TUO?

No. 24x7 FanStores compliment team stores and are not meant to replace them.

Do dealers need a special website?

No. Founder Sport sets up 24x7 FanStores stores, hosts them, securely processes consumer credit cards, manufactures garments to order and ships to consumers.

How do dealers set up a 24x7 FanStore?

Dealers complete three easy steps: 1) Select team colors and upload a graphic. 2) select garments to be included from a menu 3) Set prices and any fund-raising Dealers earn the most from stores that are promoted. Successful dealers use email or social media to promote stores.

What are the costs and prices?

24x7 FanStores stores are Free for dealers to set up. Dealers select items, set prices and any fundraising. When setting prices, dealers view their cost by item and the Founder Sport manufacturer suggested retail price. Dealers may set prices either by setting their margin, or individually by item.

How long does it take to set up a 24x7 FanStore?

1 or 2 business days, typically. You will receive an email with a link to your store.

Can dealers host 24x7 Fanstores stores on their own website?

Not at this time.

What products can be included on 24x7 FanStore?

24x7 Fanstores stores feature ProSphere top-quality custom sublimated fanwear. Some items may be personalized with names and/or numbers, which consumers provide when they order.

Can 24x7 Fanstores stores include uniforms?

No. 24x7 Fanstores stores are not meant to replace team stores. These stores feature ProSphere Custom Sublimated Fanwear.

Can 24x7 Fanstores stores include decorated stock, Chromagear custom sub, or non-Founder Sport products?

Not at this time. 24x7 FanStores use Founder Sport order-to-ship technology. Items are made to order and shipped to consumer homes. This technology customizes colors and logos using a menu of existing Founder Sport styles.

Can dealers provide art/graphics?

Yes. Dealers select three colors and upload graphics that will be included on garments. We will accept graphics in any format, though we prefer tif in 150 dpi. Graphics are included on garments in typical placements—such as center front or left chest.

Can dealers provide their own garment designs, edge to edge?

Not for 24x7 Fanstores stores, but Founder Sport will produce dealer art on our proven silhouettes. Please ask you Founder Sport rep about Chromagear Plus.

Can dealers brand 24x7 FanStores?

Yes. Dealers can provide a dealer logo and a banner for stores. Please see our how-to video for more information.

What are shipping charges? Who pays for shipping?

At check-out, consumers select the method and rate for shipping, 24x7 Fanstores store items ship via UPS, using published rates (“rack rates”).

When will orders ship?

Consumer orders ship roughly 10 business days from order.

Can dealers select which logo goes on which design?

24x7 Fanstores stores are designed to be easy for dealers to set up. Because of this, we are not able to target a specific logo to a specific color scheme. Please view our how-to video for best graphic practices.

Can dealers change a 24x7 FanStore?

When a 24x7 Fanstores store launches (when dealers receive the link), dealers may log-into their account and remove items. If other changes are needed, please request a new store.

What account is needed?

Dealers need their ProSphere account to set up a 24x7 Fanstore store. Customer service or your Founder Sport rep can provide this, if you don’t know it. These stores are on a separate system, so they have different log-ins.

Custom Catalogs

What is a Custom Catalog?

Custom catalogs are a powerful tool that lets your customers browse custom apparel, change and build their uniforms and performance wear, and request quotes from you, their dealer. Custom catalogs are fast, free, and great for travel teams, schools, events, corporations, and organizations of all kinds. Dealers who have used custom catalogs report double-digit sales increases.

How can I add my dealer branding and contract information?

Please navigate to My Account. In the left-hand menu, under Sales Tools, click on Sales Tools Settings. Here you can upload your dealer branding logo, set an Access Code password and set MSRP pricing to ON or OFF. To add a new sales rep, Create a new catalog and click Add New Sales Rep

How do I adjust the price?

You can set pricing to either show our Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price, or to hide prices all together. To do this, please navigate to My Account. In the left-hand menu, under Sales Tools, click on Sales Tools Settings. Set the Show MRSP for Every Product slider to either ON or OFF. This change will impact all custom catalogs you have built.

Can I print a custom catalog? How do I send to my customer?

At this time, you cannot print a custom catalog, but this ability will be added. To send a custom catalog to your customer, simply Mark as Finished, then Copy URL and paste this into an email or text. Your customer will receive a personalized, custom catalog, embedded with your info and linked to a powerful builder. And changes they make, any logos they upload, or colors they adjust, can be pulled up and ordered at FounderSport.com.

What happened to Playbooks and Snapsheets?

Custom catalogs replaces Playbooks and Snapsheets. The new technology builds on what was great, and makes it even easier.

Can I access my old Playbooks and Snapsheets?

Because new custom catalogs use a different technology, old playbooks and snapsheets are no longer available. Please contact us at [email protected] and we would be happy to rebuild these.

Where can I see customer quote requests?

Please navigate to My Account. In the left-hand menu, under Sales Tools, click on Quote Requests. Here you can filter by sales rep, search by customer or project name, and view any quote details.

My customer says they made a change but I never got a quote request?

A few things may have happened—sometimes, customers forget to Save Changes, or to Send a Quote request. Also, sometime email is blocked or sent to SPAM. To view your quote requests at any time, please navigate to My Account. In the left-hand menu, under Sales Tools, click on Quote Requests. Here you can filter by sales rep, search by customer or project name, and view any quote details.

Where can I view custom catalogs I’ve built?

Please navigate to My Account. In the left-hand menu, under Sales Tools, click on My Custom Catalogs. Here you can filter by sales rep, search by customer or project name, and view any catalog details.

Does Founder Sport have an embedded builder? Can I embed custom catalogs into my website?

The same technology that is driving custom catalogs can be embedded into a dealer’s website. Your customers can browse, build, and request quotes for custom apparel, all without leaving your website. Please email [email protected] and inquire about Showrooms.
