In Nicaragua, Team Members Get Creative in a Safety Video Contest

 

April 25, 2023: How do we make safety and compliance fun? At our Tide Manufacturing facility in Nicaragua, our plant manager had the brilliant idea to hold a “Safety Day” with employee engagement activities that included a contest for team members to create their own TikTok health & safety videos. Team members were encouraged to use creative thinking, innovation, originality, and their imagination… and they really delivered! Submissions included an original rap about safety, a video of safety violations with cartoons, and the winning video which featured a team member at home with her family, reminding us that “when you take care of your health, you take care of your family”. All the videos were played during lunches and breaks in the cafeteria on Safety Day. Thank you to our talented safety ambassadors at Founder Sport Group who remind us that safety is always first.
