FLA On-Boarding

November 29, 2023: Founder Sport Group was proud to join the Fair Labor Association as a Participating Company this past summer, and in November we welcomed the Fair Labor Association to our HQ for an On-Boarding visit. The Fair Labor Association had this to say on their LinkedIn page:

"Earlier this month, the Fair Labor Association team, including Emily Dodson, Ruoxu Wang, Karen Zahorchak, and Tiffany Rogers, traveled to Statesville, North Carolina to on-board one of our newest members, Founder Sport Group. The on-boarding workshop prepares the company to start its journey towards accreditation of its social compliance and responsible purchasing and production programs. The Sr. Director, Corporate Social Responsibility Diane Bulan Hampton, Chief Operations Officer David Binley, Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships Patrick O'Neill, Chief Executive Officer John Anton, and leadership from Supply Chain, Product Development, Human Resources, Quality, Manufacturing, and Safety all participated in the two-day workshop. The team also toured one of Founder Sports Group’s manufacturing facilities in Statesville and spoke with the HR and Safety teams in Mexico and Nicaragua.
